If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, you may return them within 10 days of receipt FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will gladly exchange your product, but as every pair is made-to-order, we cannot offer cash refunds. The shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your sales receipt as well as the reason for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for the exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
